Charles (“Chuck”) M. Yeomans is a U.S. registered patent attorney with over ten years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications throughout the world.  Chuck has experience in the chemical, mechanical, material, medical device, and biotechnology areas, with particular expertise in the chemical arts, and he has represented clients ranging from individual inventors to Fortune 500 companies through all aspects of the patent process. 

Chuck has further experience in preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademark applications, representing clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, providing support for patent and trademark litigation in federal court, and opinion work. 

Prior to law school, Chuck worked as a Research Chemist for a specialty chemical manufacturer where he carried out complex laboratory synthesis and focused on process improvements for new technologies.
