David Resser is a U.S. registered patent attorney and has been preparing and prosecuting patent applications for more than 14 years. While focusing generally in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, David has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in technological areas such as radiation detection; household appliances; pumps and dispensers; mechanical devices supporting the generation and transmission of electrical power; aerospace components; and wheeled and non-wheeled power equipment. David also has provided prior art search reports, state-of-the art search reports, and patentability opinions to clients. 

Prior to attending law school, David’s experience as an engineer includes the design and manufacture of automated foundry equipment and counseling businesses regarding fire protection and natural hazard losses in the highly-protected risk (HPR) insurance market.
