John Fulton, Jr. is U.S. registered patent attorney with a background in chemical engineering. John has been practicing intellectual property law for over twenty years and has primarily focused on securing patent protection in the U.S. and abroad for his clients across a broad range of disciplines including chemical formulations and processes, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, immunology, and drug delivery systems, as well as a variety of medical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical devices. John has also counseled clients on both sides of patent litigation matters and has negotiated numerous settlement and licensing agreements directed to his clients’ various intellectual property rights.
John has over ten years of experience as a practicing chemical engineer prior to joining the Bar. His engineering experience includes laboratory research and development, hazardous waste remediation, and the design and implementation of emergency response treatment systems. John maintains his registration as a professional engineer in the State of Florida.
John has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubble, recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer, and is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar.
