Shruti Law PLLC® is seeking an ambitious self-starter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, exceptional client service, and strong computer/technology skills. A minimum of 3 years of patent paralegal experience is required.
Responsibilities:
· Preparing and filing foreign and domestic patent applications including all patent prosecution related filings
· Managing the patent docket
· Providing exceptional support to clients during business hours, as needed
· Maintain accurate and current client information within our files, database and filings to the PTO
· Additional responsibilities falling within the area of patent prosecution as assigned
· Communicating with clients and internal team members
· Conduct research
Qualification MUST HAVES:
· A minimum of 3 years of patent paralegal experience
· Strong computer and technical skills
· Strong communication skills
· Willingness to learn new software/technology tools

Shruti Law PLLC® is seeking a registered US patent lawyer or registered US patent agent with patent application preparation and prosecution experience to fill a patent attorney / patent agent position. This individual will handle patent application drafting and prosecution.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Qualifications MUST HAVES:
· B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
· Active and current patent bar registration with the USPTO
· Active and current state bar membership in at least one state or DC (in the United States)
· At least 1 year of patent application drafting and prosecution experience or equivalent work as a patent examiner at the USPTO
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
