Tim Cieslak is a U.S. registered patent attorney and has been preparing and prosecuting patent applications for over a decade. His background in Mechanical Engineering has enabled him to assist clients in a number of fields, including but not limited to, fasteners, oil systems, air and oil filtration, medical devices and processes, energy management, bearings, packaging, optics and light generation devices. He is capable of managing intellectual property portfolios for clients of various sizes by preparing and prosecuting patents within the United States and abroad through the PCT Application process. Tim has also prepared infringement, claim construction, and patent validity opinions.
